摘要
通过对大学校园里应试现象的分析,揭示了“文凭教育”是目前高等教育失真的根本原因。改变大学应试教育现状,走出高校实施素质教育困境的对策有三:一是改变实用、功利主义的高等教育观念,以人文思想为核心,重新构筑大学精神;二是改变“唯学历”的社会用人制度,走出“文凭即人才”的价值误区;三是提高教师水平,改变教学模式,培养学生的创造性思维能力。
This paper exposes the fundamental reason for the distortion of the higher education in the colleges and universities caused by 'diploma education' through the analysis of the phenomenon of the examinations practised on the univesity campus. There will be three countermeasures for the colleges and universities to alter the current situ-ition of the phenomenon of the exams in the universities and bring the universities out of the predicament in carrying the quality education: First, change the higher educational conception of pragmatical and profitable ideas, and reconstruct the university spirit by centering around the anthropological thought; Second, reform the social personnel system and abandon the erroneous evaluation of 'diploma tantamount to talent personnel'; Third, promote the proficiency of the faculties, reform the teaching method and foster the creative thinking ability of the students.
