摘要
对中国传统法律文化的认识应一分为二,既要看到其积极因素,又要注意其消极的影响。我们要吸纳传统法律文化中的精华,结合当前社会与世界状况进行综合创新,发挥其在社会发展、国家治理中的积级作用,以实现“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”的宏伟目标。
This paper believes that the Chinese traditional law culture should be understood in a way of seeing both its good points and shortcomings. It possesses not only something worth learning from and using for experience, but also disadvantages. We can well absorb the essence of this culture and make it plan an active role in our countries reconstruction in the combination of the comprehensive innovation at the present good social situation and the world status.
