摘要
把卡尔曼滤波方法用于荧光分析中,分辨色氨酸和酪氨酸的重叠峰,对若干标准色氨酸和酪氨酸混合物以及实际样品进行了同时测定,并且提出了用微波炉碱水解样品的新方法,所得到的结果是令人满意的。
Kalman filter fluorimetry was applied to the resolution of the overlapping fluorescence peaks of tryplophane and tyrosine. The proposed method were used for the analysis of mixtures of tryptophane and tyrosine, as well as the simultaneous determination of trytophand and tyrosine in bean powder with good results under no separation. The tendency of state estimation, the reduction of error covariance and the behavior of innovation sequence obtained from filtering process were investigated, which can be used as criteria to judge the assay reliability. A novel application of mierowave oven to basic hydrolization of sample was reported.
