摘要
本文研究了利用ZrO2悬浊液在多孔陶瓷管表面形成动态膜的条件。配置0.2~1.0g/L浓度范围的悬浊液,在50~200kPa的不同压力以及0.05~0.20m/s的错流速度等不同条件分别进行实验,获得最佳的涂膜条件为浓度0.7~0.8g/L,压力150kPa左右,错流速度0.1m/s左右。在此条件下制得的动态陶瓷膜具有良好的渗透性能、化学稳定性和截留能力,其纯水通量在0.2~0.3m3/m2·h,可用于工业废水及生活污水的深度处理。
In this thesis, the optimum conditions for the formation of ZrO2 dynamic membrane on the porous ceramic support were studied. The experiments were carried out by circulating the colloid of ZrO2 at the concentrations of 0.2-1g/l, the applied pressures of 50-200kPa and cross-flow velocities of 0.05-0.2m/s respectively. And the data showed that the dynamic membrane was well formed at the concentration of 0.7-0.8m/l, the applied pressure of 150KPa or so and the cross-flow velocity of 0.1m/s or so. The permeating flux of pure water can reach 0.2-0.3m3/m2·h and the membrane can be used in the industrial and domestic wastewater treatment.
