摘要
现代泛突厥主义理论所制造的“东突厥斯坦”问题没有历史依据。进入 90年代以来 ,新疆“东突”恐怖活动十分猖獗。有效打击恐怖主义 ,必须注意大力发展新疆经济 ,加强对宗教事务的管理 ,加大舆论宣传力度 ,充分重视基础教育 ,严厉打击恐怖活动 ,积极扩大国际反恐合作。
The issues of the East Turkistan created by the modern pan-turkisism is quite falsehood. The East Turkistan's terrorism activities in Xinjiang in China have been very rampant since 1990s. The effective means to combat against the terrorism in Xinjiang is to develop Xinjiang's economy, enhance the administration of the religion affairs, attach importance to the basic education, reinforcing the strike against terrorism, strengthening the international cooperation to antiterrorism and increasing the propagandizing of the vox populi.
