摘要
随着计算机技术、网络技术的发展和应用 ,高校科研信息资料管理应尽快由信息管理向知识管理转变 ,并在建立具有自身科研特色的信息资料库 ,利用互联网信息资源建设“虚拟信息资料库” ,跟踪科研课题服务 ,为科研人员撰写论文进行专题服务等方面充分发挥作用 ,使之具体服务于科研 。
Along with the development of computer technology and network technology,colleges's research information management should transit from information management to knowledge management,and fully bring into action in the aspects of building research information data base,tracking the service of research problems,providing special service for composing thesis.
