新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病脑干听觉诱发电位及其对预后判断的作用 被引量：3

摘要 通过对30例正常新生儿和34例缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检查,探讨BAEP在HIE患儿听力检测及预后判断方面的临床意义。结果HIE组I、III、V波的出现率为91%,94%,86%,低于正常新生儿的100%。HIE组各波潜伏期延长。提示BAEP可作为听力损害的高危因素HIE新生儿听力检测手段。
