反复经颅磁刺激安全性的实验研究(英文) 被引量:21

Experimental safety studies of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation

摘要 目的通过观察重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)在动物实验中的作用效果,探讨rTMS的安全性。方法选用健康成年Wistar大鼠36只,雌雄各半,体重250~300g,以随机数字表法分为3组,每组12只,分别为正常对照组(NC)、低频磁刺激组(TMS1)和高频磁刺激组(TMS2)。行重复低频经颅磁刺激和重复高频经颅磁刺激后,对接受不同的刺激频率和刺激量组经颅磁刺激大鼠的行为、组织病理形态学、血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量进行观察。结果TMS1组和TMS2组血清MBP含量分别为(8.22±2.92),(7.31±2.02)μg/L,与NC组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);TMS1组和TMS2组血清NSE含量分别为(0.68±0.09),(0.69±0.13)μg/L,与NC组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。TMS1组和TMS2组在刺激过程中均未出现异常活动,无肢体强直、阵挛等,脑组织形态学包括大体观察、普通光镜及电镜改变不明显。结论在一定强度和频率内重复经颅磁刺激是比较安全的。 Aim To observe the effect of repetitive t ranscranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS )in animal experiment and explore the safety of rTMS.Methods 36Wistar rats were selected weighed250-300g with female and male half to half.Rats were divided randomly into normal contr ol(NC),low frequency transcranial magnet ic stimulation(TMS 1 )and high frequency magnetic stimulation(TMS 2 )groups.Behaviour,histopatholomo r-phology,serum myelin sheath base pr otein(MPB)and neurospecific enolase(NSE)in rats receiving different stimula tion frequency and amount were observed after repetitive transcra nial low and high frequency magnetic stimulations.Results Serum MBP content in TMS 1 and TMS 2 were(8.22±2.92),(7.31±2.02)μg /L,and there wasn' t obvious difference compared with normal control group(P>0.05).Serum NSE content in TMS 1 and TMS 2 were(0.68±0.09),(0.69±0.13)μg /L,and there wasn' t obvious difference compared with n ormal control group(P>0.05).In TMS 1 and TMS 2 groups,no abnormal movement,stiff or clonus of limbs were found.Brain tissue morphology observation included gross observa tion,common light microscope and electro n microscope,had no obvious changes.Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic s timulation within fixed intensity and frequency is safe.
