摘要
目的 研究共同性外斜视远近立体视功能及术后立体视情况。方法 对 3 2例共同性外斜视 (恒定性2 5例 ,间歇性 7例 )分别用 Titmus、双眼立体视检查图查近立体视 ,用颜氏随机点同视机立体视图远近立体视。其中 11例行斜视矫正术 ,并用上述两种方法随访观察半年。结果 恒定性、间歇性外斜视均不存在远立体视 ,但间歇性外斜视有近立体视觉。结论 斜视矫正术后 。
Objective To study the function of distance and near stereoacuity in comitant strabismus and the condition of stereoacuity after surgery.Methods 32 cases of comitant strabismus(constant strabismus 25 cases,intermittent strabismus 7 cases) were tested by Titmus and Stereogram for near stereoacuity,and by Yan's Stereochart of Random-dot Synoptophore for distance stereoacuity.Among them 11 patients were operated and were followed up for 6 months with the two methods above-mentioned.Results Distance stereoacuity does not exist in constant strabismus or intermittent strabismus cases,but near stereoacuity exists in intermittent strabismus cases.Conclusion The recover of stereoacuity is an important symbol of the recover of binocular vision after strabismus operation.
