摘要
针对阶段性均匀化处理的半连续铸造 7A0 4合金进行了研究 (即在 4 6 5℃时保温 2 2 h,然后升温至 4 75℃保温 2 h)。并与常规均匀化处理的 7A0 4合金 (即在 4 6 5℃时保温 2 4 h)进行了试验对比。结果表明 ,阶段性均匀处理后的 7A0 4合金的均匀化程度更加彻底 ,过烧温度提高了 ,屈服强度不变 。
