铜合金激光烧蚀的实验观测和动力学分析

摘要 本文对高功率脉冲激光作用铜合金的烧蚀特性进行了实验观测,发现作用区域微区富银或银含量的再分布效应。测量了激光烧蚀轮廓得到物质逸出速率,并从气体动力学方程出发对物质逸出速率进行计算,获得与实验测定一致的结果。 The laser ablation behavior ot copper alloy bombarded in air by pulse laser with high power were studied by experimental observations. Silver-enrichment microregions or redistribution of silver were found in the ablation crater. Meterial removal rate of copper alloy were determined by crater shope-prafile measurement. The experimental results are agreement with theoretical calculation by the self-similar solution of gas-dynamic equations.
