摘要
从中国城市交通的具体情况出发,结合中国城市交通控制特点及其他基础设施的特点,提出了一种适合中国国情的城市交通流诱导系统的结构框架;对框架中各个子系统之间的协调方式以及信息交换模式进行了规划;并对各个子系统的功能进行了讨论。由各个子系统相互协调构成的有机整体可以有效地控制城市交通状况,减少交通堵塞的发生。
The paper principally based on issues of the actual operation of urban traffic control and basic facilities available in urban areas in China,offers a convenient framework suitable for circumstance of urban traffic guidance system oriented towards China cities.It also outlines how each subsystem in the framework to link and information exchange.Based on the discussion above,detailed discussion about the functions of each subsystem is also provided in the paper.The subsystems coordinate and underlie an integrated system,which makes efficient control over ubran traffic possible as well as the chance of traffic congestion.
