摘要
以世界银行HDM Ⅲ模型体系中的车辆油耗模型为基础,通过车辆在不同路况和低温条件下的油耗试验,建立了适合我国寒冷地区道路交通状况的低温油耗模型。为HDM Ⅲ油耗模型在我国寒冷地区的应用提供了修正依据和方法。
Based on the fuel consumption model given in the HDMⅢ model system by the world bank,a low temperature vehicle fuel consumption model for frigid regions of China was established from vehicle fuel consumption tests on flat and straight sections of different roads under low temperature conditions,giving the correction to HDMⅢ for its application in frigid regions of China.
