摘要
本文介绍了电热化学炮VXI测控系统的集成技术。该系统包括时序触发模块、高速数据采集模块、测速模块、开关模块 ,它能适应电热化学发射系统工作参数多、流程复杂、环境恶劣的特点 ,同时还兼容常规固体火炮的测控要求。文中提出了VXI测控系统的两种工作模式 :联合触发和单独触发 ,联合触发根据一定的时序触发VXI测控系统中要求动作的模块 ,这两种工作模式扩大了VXI测控系统的功能。
This paper presents a way of software integration of VXI measure control system. The VXI system includes four kinds of VXI modules: timing trigger module, high speed DAQ, velocity measuring module, and switch module. It works well under cases with ETCG propellants is characterized with many working parameters, complex working flow and adverse conditions. It can also fulfill the SPG's measure tasks. Two system triggering models are described: the joint action model and the separate action model. The joint action model triggers all of the VXI modules according to a set timing sequence needed in a single task. The two forms of system triggering enlarge the VXI measure control system's functions.
