摘要
本文提出高职人才素质的实现应从专业设置及课程设置两方面入手,专业设置应符合科学性、适应社会需求、少设专业多开方向;课程设置应以培养职业能力为主线,以职业能力分析为基础,加强实践教学环节;并结合实例加以说明。
This paper proposes, with examples, that the quality of higher vocational talents be ensured from two respects, i.e., specialties and courses. The specialties should conform with science, answer the need of society and less specialties should be set up with more directions while the courses should focus on the fostering of vocational abilities and strengthen the practical link based on the analysis of abilities.
