摘要
目的 探讨分泌性中耳炎诊疗过程中常见漏诊原因及对策。方法 对1997～2001年间经1次以上门诊治疗或曾住院治疗,疗效欠佳或反复发作的分泌性中耳炎患者106例进行系统的病因探讨与分析,检讨其诊疗策略。结果39例患者存在相关病变的漏诊,导致治疗方案欠妥。结论 重视分泌性中耳炎早期的病因系统检查与分析,对防止漏诊,提高疗效,减少后遗症的发生有重要意义。
Objective To explore the associated factors causing missed diagnosis for cases with secretory otitis media (SOM) and countermeasures to prevent it from occuring. Methods 106 cases with SOM, treated more than one time in hospitalization or in outpatient service without ideal therapentic effect from 1997 to 2001, were carefully and systematically analized on their all associated factors with etiology of the lesion, in order to review the tactics in diagnosis and treatments for them. Results Missed diagnosis in causal lesions related with SOM was seen a-mong 39 patients in the group of cases, leading to an unappropriate therapentic design taken for them. Conclusion It is very significant to take systematic tests and analysis for exploring all related causal lesions with SOM at as early stage as possible to avoid missing diagnosis, improve therapeutic effect and prevent sequelae from occuring.
