摘要
目的 观察喉友喷剂对急性咽炎及慢性咽炎急性发作的治疗作用、方法 治疗组82例,单独使用喉友口腔喷剂治疗两周;对照组34例,使用西瓜霜口腔喷剂两周。分别于第5、7天及1个月后随访。结果 治疗组治愈23.2％,显效22.0％,有效45.1％,无效9.8％,总有效率90.2％,对照组,显效8.8％,有效14.7％,无效76.5％,总有效率23.5％。差异有显著性意义(P<O.05)。结论 喉友口腔喷剂对急性咽炎及慢性咽炎急性发作有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Houyou Spray (HS) on acute pharyngitis and acute attack of chronic pharyngitis. Methods 82 cases in treating group (TG) were treated simply with HS for two weeks while 34 cases in controlling group (CG) were treated with Xiguashunage spray (XS), also for two weeks. Then, all the cases were reexamined at the fifth and seventh days and one month following the beginning of therapy respectively during the following up period. Results The curative rate is 23. 2% ,significantly effective rate is 22% , effective rate is 45. 1% and ineffective rate is 9. 8% for TG, with a total effective rate of 90. 2%. In contrast, these rates are 0%,8. 8%, 11. 6%and 76.5% respectively for CG, with a total effective rate of 23. 5%. Here, the difference is significant between the two groups(P<0. 05) . Conclusion HS is very effective for the treatment of acute pharyngitis and acute attack of chronic pharyngitis.
