摘要
本文分析了凉山州生态环境现状,针对现行的退耕还林还草工程和天然林保护工程的开展,初步找出了存在的问题及其解决的方案。
This article analyses the current conditions of ecotope in Liangshan Prefecture. In view of the projects of returning cultivated land to forest or pastures and natural protective forest, the author finds out the problems and advances corresponding countermeasures.
