摘要 研制成LD泵浦的YLF激光器得到连续1.047μm近红外激光,阈值泵浦功率是19mW,输出功率达5.2mW,斜效率为5.1%;研制成YLF-MgO:LN腔内倍频激光器,得到连续0.524μm绿色倍频光输出,阈值泵浦功率为34mW,输出功率为0.46mW,斜效率为0.5%。对Nd:YLF晶体的受激态吸收和因其产生的荧光进行了观察研究,指出其可能的应用。本文简要报导实验方法和实验结果。 LD pumped YLF laser has been developed. CW laser at 1.047μm has been obtained. The pumping threshold is 19mW, the maximum output power is 5.2mW, the slope efficiency is 5.1%. LD pumped YLFMgO: LN internal cavity doubling laser has also been developed. CW green laser at 0. 524μm has been obtained. The pumping threshold is 34mW, the output power is 0.46mW, the slope efficiency is 0.5%. The experimental methods are reported briefly.
