国产微型钢板螺钉固定掌指骨骨折疗效评价 被引量:7

Therapeutic Evaluation of Domestic Minitype Plate and Screw Fixation Metacarpophalangeal Fracture

摘要 目的 :探讨国产微型钢板螺钉固定掌、指骨骨折的疗效。方法 :切开复位 ,微型钢板螺钉固定掌、指骨骨折 ,术后外固定 0~ 2周 ,然后去除外固定 ,进行早期主动性手部功能训练。定期随访摄片 ,骨折愈合时间为 6~ 10周 ,骨折愈合后 2~ 3个月取出钢板螺钉。结果 :5 5例患者均获满意疗效 ,功能恢复优良 ( 96 % )。结论 :国产微型钢板螺钉固定掌、指骨骨折可提供稳定可靠的内固定 ,又可进行术后早期功能训练 ,能缩短骨折愈合时间 ,有利于手部功能早日康复。治疗效果明显优于常规的固定方法 ,值得应用和推广。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of domestic minitype plate and screw fixation metacarpophalangeal fracture.Methods:Fifty-five cases of metacarpophalangeal fracture were fixed with domstic minitype plate and screw by opening reduction.Some cases take on external fixation for 0~2 weeks when needed.Then guiding patient to do active hand functional exercise early,and take X-ray photography regularly.The plate and screw were taken out after 2~3 months if fracture union.Results:The clinic result show that all patients get satisfied function early.The time of fracture union is 6~10 weeks.Conclusion:Domestic minitype plate and screw can offer stable internal fixation for metacarpophalangeal fracture.The patient can do active hand functional exercise early.Minitype plate and screw can shorten the time of fracture union.It is good use for hand functional recovery early.Curative effect is more better than other fixation methods.This plate and screw should be popular.
