本文论述了不同炉温分布,对比研究温场对碲镉汞晶体结构的影响。
The high quality Cd_xHg_(1-x) Te bulk crystal has been prepared, and the effect of various furnace temperature distribution on the crystalline structure of Cd_xHg_(1-x) Te has been discussed as well.
