摘要
对T91钢管材料的各种性能和钢管管排制造工艺进行了研究 ,在试验研究的基础上成功地完成一批T91钢钢管管排制造。对保证管排制造质量的诸方面如钢管原材料、焊接材料及焊接、弯管工艺、热处理等进行了分析 。
Various behaviors of T91 type steel tube materials and the manufacturing technology for tube-rows of said steel tubes have been studied. On the basis of testing and research, a batch of tube-rows for T91 type steel tubes has been successfully manufactured. Analysis from various aspects, such as raw materials of the steel tubes, welding material and welding process, tube-bending technology, as well as heat treatment etc., for ensuring the quality of manufactured tube-rows has been performed, and some key points which should be grasped being also given.
