摘要
根据社会核算矩阵的基本框架 ,通过引入表示高新技术产业政策的参数 ,建立了一个用于分析高新技术产业政策的用符号表示的社会核算矩阵 .在该社会核算矩阵的基础上 ,构造了一个用于高新技术产业政策分析的 CGE模型 .
According to basic frame of social accounting matrix, a symbolic social accounting matrix used to analyze high technology industry policies is built through incorporating parameters that represent high-tech industry policies. Based on it, a CGE model, which is used to analyze high-tech industry policies, is developed.
