摘要
列车救援信息系统是一个基于地理信息的智能决策支持系统 ,能够模拟专家行为 .该系统根据地理信息系统提供的列车事故地域信息和有关情况 ,提供相应的施援待选方案 ,辅助救援部门迅速决策处置 .文中讨论了该系统的总体结构和设计以及软件平台选型与系统开发的关键技术等 .
The information system for train succor is IDSS based on geographic information.It can simulate expert action by information of geographic information system for train accident clime and related thing, provide some correspond standby scheme and aid succor department to make certain treatment scheme. This paper descusses the system structure and design, software platform choice and system department exploiting key technique etc.
