摘要
合理配积载对保证船舶安全 ,货物完整无损 ,加速船舶周转 ,缩短营运周期 ,提高船舶营运经济效益具有及其重要的作用 .用神经网络对船舶配积载进行优化 ,并提出准确的数学模型代替人为经验数据 ,以提高船舶配积载质量 .
Stowing properly is very important, which is directly related to shipping safety and cargo quality, and plays a key role in accelerating shipping turnover, shortening shipment-periods, raising economic benefit. Thus, the concept of optimization using ANN and a mathmatical model are put forward for improving cargo stowage.
