分析了 CJ4 2 1立向下电焊条的主要工艺特点 ,对 CJ4 2 1立向下焊条药皮的熔化温度区间进行了测定 ,对焊条的熔敷金属力学性能进行了检测 .将瑞典 ESAB公司生产的立向下电焊条与所研制的 CJ4 2 1立向下电焊条的药皮熔化温度区间进行了测定比较 ,确定了 CJ4 2
This article analyses in detail the essential technological characteristics of vertical-down electrodes of J421 type. The molten temperature region of its coating is determined and the mechanical performance of molten metal welded with this electrode is measures. The molten temperature region of its coating is compared with 'OK' (Titanium type) made in ESAB Corp. Sweden. The optimum composition of its coating is determined and the work of the development of CJ421 electrode is succeed.
