摘要
本文从北京市全部工业万元产值平均用水量和企业用水定额两个层次,分析了北京市水价上涨对工业用水定额下降的影响,并分析了用不同价格表示的工业产值和水价对工业用水定额、工业用水价格弹性的影响。从宏观而言,用1990～2000年资料分析,北京市平均万元工业产值用水量的价格弹性系数为-0 3950～-0 5930;从微观而言,对27家企业的典型调查也证实了工业用水定额对水价反应的高弹性,说明工业用水定额对水价的反应是很敏感的。
This paper addresses at the influence of water price increment on industry water use in two ways:at the level of average water use amount per 10,000 Yuan of industrial production value in the industry of whole Beijing and at the level of water use quota in some individual enterprises.The macroanalysis results of Beijing industrial water use in 1990～2000 indicated that the price elasticity coefficient of water use per 10,000 Yuan industry gross production value was -03538 to -05307.The microanalysis results of 27 industrial enterprises showed that there was a minus elasticity of water price on industry water use quota for most enterprises.The industry water use amount is very sensitive to water price increment.
