摘要
本文报导了0.75μm,1.054μm,1.064μm,1.32μm,1.54μm 和2.94μm系列波长激光器的研制,并分析了每种激光器的优缺点,阐明每种激光波长的用途。
The purpose of the paper is to present basic concept and progress of the lasers in the range of 0.75～2.94μm these years.The advantages and various applications of the lasers are analyzed.
