摘要
目的:优化适于普通院校实验室条件下开展经济植物DNA提取与纯化的实验方法。方法:1.标准操作,DNA浓度和纯度都较好,但耗时,设备条件要求高。2.优化简易操作,DNA浓度和纯度虽较不理想,但依然符合实验要求,而且省时,经济、易操作。3.WizadTMclean-upsystem试剂盒方法。DNA浓度纯度较理想,但价格昂贵。结果与讨论:优化简易操作省时、经济、易操作、此方法适用于教学实验和科研课题中对大量材料的处理。
The aim is to Compare the different methods of extraction and purification of DNA. 1.Standard of operating;2.facile operation;3.WizadTM clean-up. Facile operation can save time and be economical and very easy to operate.
