摘要
本文评述了射频(RF)激励可调谐波导 CO_2激光器的进展,回顾了过去几年来此类调谐激光器的三代谐振腔特点,展望了它的应用前景。
In this paper,the progress in RF excited tunable wave- guide CO_2 lasers are reviewed,the characteristis of three kinds of the laser resonators developped in the past years are summarised,and the future of the lasers are also discussed.
