摘要
本文用脉冲响应函数法分析光电倍增管(PM)对高斯光脉冲的响应,用计算结果解释实验观测的波形及利用公式τ_p=(τ_t^2-τ_0~2)^(1/2)从输出脉宽τ_t 扣除 PM引起的增宽τ_0,求得输入脉宽τ_p 的条件及限制。
The response characteristics of a fast response photomul- tiplier to Gaussion light pulse are analysed by means of its pulse res- ponse function.The analysis shows that the duration τ_p of input pulse is the fanction of PM time constant τ_0 and the duration τ_t of observed output pulse.So it is necessary to use the formula τ_p=(τ_t^2-τ_0~2)^(1/2) to deduct the effect of PM time constant.In this paper,the using condi- tion and limit of the formula are give.
