摘要
以 8 90 1 11和 4 185两个冬小麦品种为材料 ,研究了不同施锌水平对小麦叶片碳酸酐酶 (CA)活性变化的影响规律。顶部功能叶的CA活性在起身后不断提高 ,至开花期达到最高之后下降。旗叶和倒三叶的CA活性均在展开后 7或 14d达到最高值 ,以后基本是下降趋势 ,但也随植株生育节律和生态条件有升降变化。与倒三叶相比 ,旗叶CA活性的最高值较高。 2品种各施锌处理的CA活性均高于未施锌处理 ,且
With 8901 11 and 4185, two field grown winter wheat varieties, the cha nging regulation of the effect of different zinc fertilization levels on the act ivity of carbonic anhydrase (CA) in leaves of winter wheat was determined. The activ ity of CA in top function leaves continually increased after double ridge stage and reached the maximum at flowering stage, then decreased. The activity of CA i n flag leaf and the 3rd leaf from top all reached the maximum values at the 7th o r 14th day after full expansion, then decreased gradually, but fluctuations stil l occurred with growing stages and ecological conditions. The highest value of C A activity in flag leaf was higher compared with that in the third leaf from top . The activity of CA in the treatments with zinc fertilization is higher than th at without zinc fertilization for both varieties, and there were small differenc es in the activities of CA for the three zinc levels in the third leaf from top and the flag leaf.
