摘要
合成了广灭灵农药粗品 ,采用柱层析分离技术 ,以硅胶为填料 ,乙酸乙脂 :石油醚 (沸点 30℃~ 6 0℃ )=1∶4为展开剂 (Rf=0 .5 )进行了纯化。用元素分析法 (EAS)、熔点法 (MDS)、紫外光谱法 (UV)、红外光谱法(IR)、质谱法 (MS)及核磁共振法 (1 HNMR1 3、1 3CNMR)进行了结构鉴定及表征。
The clomazone as the starting material was synthesized and was further purified through a column chromatography with silica gel as fixed phase and with ethyl acetate/benzinum (boiling point 30degreesC similar to 60 degreesC) at a ratio of one to four as mobile phase( R-f = 0.5). The prepared clomazone was then characterized and identified by elementary analysis, melting point method, ultraviolet, infrared, mass spectrometry, H-1 nuclear magnetic resonance and C-13 nuclear magnetic resonance.
