摘要
目的 :探讨上尿路移行细胞癌的诊断方法和治疗效果。方法 :分析近 1 5年来收治的 32例经病理证实的上尿路移行细胞癌。术前行脱落细胞学检查 2 5例 ,CT检查 30例 ;行肾输尿管及膀胱袖状切除术 2 8例 ,术后随访 2 6例。结果 :尿细胞学阳性率为 72 %,CT阳性率 93%。 1 1例术后再发膀胱癌。结论 :尿脱落细胞学检查是较好的定性诊断方法 ,CT检查是重要的定位诊断方法 ;
Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment of transitonal cell carcinoma of upper urinary tract.Methods:Thirty two cases of transitional cell carcinoma of upper urinary tract from 1986 to 2000 were analyzed.Before operation,urine cytology was studied in 25 and CT examination performed in 30.Nephroureterectomy with excision of bladder cuff was carried out in 28 patients.Twenty six of 32 patients were followed up.Results:The positive rate of urine cytology and CT is 72% and 93%,respectively.Among the 26 patients who were followed up,recurrence of the bladder tumor occurred in 11.Conclusion:CT was very important for locating the transitional cell carcinoma in upper urinary tract while urine cytology was very useful in early detection of the transitional cell carcinoma.Nephroureterectomy with excision of bladder cuff was the treatment of choice.
