摘要
分析了目前中医“证”诊断标准不全面不统一的现状 ,认为 ,规范“证”的诊断标准是中医诊断规范化研究中的重要内容之一 ,是提高证候诊断及其鉴别诊断水平 ,深化对疾病本质的认识 ,促进中医证候诊断体系发展的重要途径 ,并探讨了“证”的诊断标准的内容与要求 ,提出任何一个规范证名均应有与之相应的科学严谨、全面完整、规范统一的诊断标准 ,其内容应准确地反映该证的基本要素、反映自然界时相变化对该证的影响以及病史、病程、年龄、体质、理化检测指标等因素。证候诊断标准是确定证候的客观依据 ,是对证候全面准确的认识 ,它应是科学严谨 ,全面完整、规范统一的 ,又是相对稳定的 ,否则就失去了诊断的准确性。可见 ,要发展中医的证候论断体系 ,在规范了证名之后 ,就应制订其完整规范的诊断标准 ,若这一环节解决不好 ,证的理论就难以发展 ,势必影响中医诊断水平的提高。
Accoding to the analysis on the present situation of standards of TCM syndromes that is neither comprehensive nor unified,we believe that the standardization of the diagnostic standards of syndromes is one of the most important parts in the research of the diagnostic standardization of TCM.It is also a very important way to improve the level of diagnosis and differentiation of syndromes,to deepen the cognition of the nature of the diseases and to promote the development of the system of diagnosis of TCM syndromes.According to the research on the content and requirements of diagnostic atandards of syndromes,we suggest that any standardized syndrome should have its corresponding diagnostic standards that should be scientific and exact,comprehensive and integrated,standardized and unified.And its ontent should be able to reflect the key elements of the syndrome,the influence of the seasonal change in nature,as well as the case history,the course of diseases,age,constitution and indexes in physical、chemical examination.
