摘要
采用图像分析技术和显微镜照像法研究了酶法脱墨中油墨粒子的特性。结果表明,与对照浆相比,在酶法脱墨过程中油墨粒子尺寸有所减小。油墨粒子尺寸减少可能通过:(1)酶作用于纤维表面,使油墨粒子和细小纤维从纤维表面脱除:(2)酶的作用使连接油墨粒子的细小纤维断裂,导致油墨粒子数量增多和尺寸减小。油墨粒子尺寸的减小使其更容易在后续浮选过程中被除去,从而有助于提高脱墨效率。
Image analysis and micro gr aphic method were used to study the characteristics of ink particles and fibers in enzymatic deinking of mixed office waste.The results showed that the size of ink particles was reduced in enzymatic deinking compared with the control.The reason could be attributed to be as follows :①the effect of cellulases on fibe r surface caused the removal of ink particles together with fines from fibers; ②the enzymatic hydrolysis of fines which linked up with ink particles could res ult in the increase in particle number and the decrease in particle size.Deinki ng efficiency was improved as the ink particles became smaller therefore it was easy to be removed in the following flotation process.
