介绍纸浆模塑制品生产工艺及其自动生产设备。纸浆模塑制品自动生产设备采用吸浆成型和导热油加热定型,用PLC可编程控制器实现了顺序动作循环。设备不仅适合于生产纸浆模塑餐具,还可以适合于生产工业包装制品。
The production technol og y and automatic production equipment of pulp mold products are introduced in th is paper.The automat-ic production equipment of pulp mold products is equippe d with suction former and heat press section that is heated by hot oil.Cycled s e-quential operation of the equipment is realized by PLC programmable controll er.The equipment could not only produce pulp mold table-ware such as fast foo d container but also produce pulp mold products which are used for commercial p ackaging.
