摘要
目的 :探讨超声检查及血清CA12 5测定对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值。方法 :通过对 12 0例疑为子宫腺肌病或子宫肌瘤患者 ,行术前腹部B超和血清CA12 5测定 ;术后切下组织送病理学检查确诊并与之对照。结果 :经术后病理学证实 :子宫腺肌病组术前血清CA12 5检测阳性率 74 .4 % ,特异度 73.5 % ;B超诊断该病的灵敏度5 5 .8% ,特异度 6 1.8% ;以两种方法联合检测均阳性为诊断标准 ,则灵敏度 5 2 .3% ,特异度 99.9%。结论 :测定血清CA12 5水平 ,对子宫腺肌病是较好的辅助诊断指标 ;B超检查对该病有一定诊断价值 ;两者联合检测能提高诊断的正确性 ,且方法简便、快捷、无创伤 ,是目前较为实用的诊断方法。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography and serum CA 125 in endometriosis. Methods:We analysed 120 cases of endometriosis and myoma of uterus . All cases were carried out the ultrasonography of type B and detected the serum CA 125 before operation, and then compared with the postoperative pathological examination which could make accurate diagnosis. Results:Before operation, the positive rate and specificity of serum CA 125 were 74.4% and 73.5%.The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography of type B were 55.8% and 61.8%. If combining use of two methods for diagnostic criteria, the sensitivity and specificity were 52.3% and 99.9%. Conclusions:The determination of serum CA 125 is helpful for the auxiliary diagnosis of endometriosis. Ultrasonography is rather valuable for the diagnosis of endometriosis. The diagnostic accuracy may be enhanced after using in combination with them. And it provides a quick, convenient,noninvasive and practical diagnostic method.
