摘要
应用模糊数学原理推出了许用磨损量的隶属函数 ,根据模糊可靠性理论推导出了滑动轴承抗磨损的模糊可靠度计算公式 ,建立了滑动轴承抗磨损的模糊可靠性分析理论 。
The failure of the sliding bearing of a calender is because the amount of wearing is excess. This paper applies the fuzzy mathematics to get the membership function of the endurance limit. Calculating formula of the sliding bearing's fuzzy reliability was deduced out by using the theory of the fuzzy reliability. Theory of sliding bearing's fuzzy reliability is set up. The calculating method of fuzzy reliability is explained by an illustrative example.
