摘要
车臣问题之所以愈演愈烈,与前苏联在政治领域内实行的民族政策不平等有一定的关系。处理民族问题,两点教训应引以为戒:一是遵循民族问题的发展规律,科学引导;二是保证各民族平等。
Chechen's problem has a correlation with ethnic policies of the Soviet Union in the political field. So proper ethnic policies should be practiced.
