历史地看,文化生产及其产品由单一社会属性发展为兼具商品属性,是由市场决定的。它和文化市场的复杂关系也相伴而生。这种复杂关系在国际文化交流中的负面作用的突出表现除国际文化市场的商业攫取外,主要是强势文化对弱势文化的渗透甚至侵略,还伴之以理论攻势与误导。新时期以来,我们的文化发展成就辉煌,但也面临市场冲击下的严峻局势。党积新时期20余年的领导经验,提出了一整套理论、方针、政策、规范,制定了配套的机制与措施,对错误文化思潮做了有力的抵制与斗争。
Historically the commercialization of culture and cultural production is controlled by the market, thus forms the complex relationship between the culture and the market, whose negative effects are mainly shown as the cultural infiltration and invasion in international cultural exchange besides the commercial grabbing by the international cultural market, as well as the theoretical offensive. In the new period, our culture creation has made a great achievement while the situation is pregnant with grim possibilities. Meanwhile, some effective countermeasures are made by our communist party.
