摘要
目的 比较虎杖与前列腺素E1在缺氧性肺动脉高压动物治疗中 ,对血流动力学、纤溶系统和血气分析的作用。方法 测定缺氧性肺动脉高压的小猪静脉注射虎杖注射液前后的血液动力学、纤溶指标和血气分析的变化 ,与用前列腺素E1治疗作比较。结果 用虎杖后 ,肺动脉压与用药前比较有显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,心搏指数增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而血气分析及血压与用药前比较无变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。与前列腺素E1组各项指标比较无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。虎杖组用药后组织型纤溶酶原激活剂含量较用药前显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血浆纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物则显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而在前列腺素E1组变化不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 虎杖与前列腺素E1均可明显降低缺氧引起的肺动脉高压 ,增加心输出量。
Objective To investigate the comparison of the effects of Poligonum cuspidatum Siebet Zucc and Prostaglandin E 1 on hemodynamic and blood gas analysis in animals with acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.Methods Indices of hemodynamic and blood gas analysis were detected before and after injecting Poligonum cuspidatum Siebet Zucc in experimental pigs.While the same indices were detected in Prostaglandin E 1 group.Results After injecting Poligonum cuspidatum Siebet Zucc intravenously, the mean value of pulmonary artery pressure was significantly decreased ;Cardiac Index was increased ;Blood gas analysisand blood pressure were not different between before and after injecting Poligonum cuspidatum Siebet Zucc,.All of the indices had no difference between PCSZ group and PE group.After treatment,t-PA in PCSZ group was increased,while PAI was decreased.Conclusion The results suggest that both Poligonum cuspidatum Siebet Zucc and Prostaglandin E 1 can significantly decline the pulmonary artery pressure and increase the cardiac output in animals with acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.PCSZ can also enhance the activity of fibrinolysis.
