本文提出了可获得性论的图书馆学原理 ,并试图通过对图书馆原理这个概念的梳理 。
? This paper puts forward three principles of library science,and to by way of the carding to this concept of library principle,attempts to draw the clear line of demarcation of the content scope that the library principle is contained.
