摘要
档案是人类在社会活动实践中形成的已办理完毕的具有凭证作用和参考价值而需保存的原始记录。原始记录性是档案的本质属性。数字档案馆是档案馆的发展方向。档案类的专业核心期刊要逐步提高自身的期刊质量和编辑水平。
Archives are original records that have the function of proving and possess the value of reference. Archives record the social practice of people. Originality is the nature of archives. In the foreseeable future, in order to meet the requirements of the modern times, we should set up digital archive establishment. At the same time, the key journals of the science of archive should steadily and gradually raise their quality.
