摘要 目的 观察空气动态消毒的效果。方法 采用静态和动态两种方法对室内空气消毒 ,并进行卫生学的监测 ,同时观察两病室患者呼吸道感染发病率。结果 静态消毒后 2h细菌数恢复到原来的水平 ,动态消毒室细菌数一直控制在国家标准内 ,能维持室内洁净度 ,降低空气中细菌数 ,动态消毒病室患者呼吸道感染率明显低于静态消毒病室。结论 空气动态消毒是一种较好的空气消毒方法 ,有助于降低新生儿呼吸道感染发病率。 OBJECTIVE To observe the constant disinfection effect of air dynamic purification. METHODS From Sept 2000 to Dec 2001, the air disinfection in two same-bulk neonatal wards of our hospital was performed by using two methods of the dynamic state (group A) and static state (group B) air disinfection,and the hygienic surveillance and patients′respiratory infection incidences of the two wards were conducted. RESULTS When air-purified disinfection was done according to air dynamic disinfection for controlling certain population flowings,bacteria were controlled within the field of the National Standard (≤200 CFU/m 3), when there were persons′activities after ultraviolet static disinfection, the number of bacteria was over 5-20 folds of the National Standard. Their t test value was P<0.05. The differences of the two groups were markedly significant.The constant disinfection of the air dynamic purification was better than the transient one of the static state. Among 215 neonates of group A, 7 cases suffered from upper respiratory infection (URI), their morbidity rate was 3 26%; among 261 cases of group B, 20 cases had URI, the morbidity rate was 7.66%. Especially, during the epidemic season of influenza, the morbidity of group A was 2.22%, that of group B was 13.56%. Their χ 2 test value was P<0 05,and markedly significant. CONCLUSIONS The method of group A can keep the indoor purity and be beneficial to the prevention and control of URI.
