摘要
本文介绍了钢丝绳截面损耗检测系统组成,重点分析了传感器结构原理,讨论了钢丝绳截面损耗检测信号定量识别方法。通过大量实验表明,该检测系统能够较好地实现钢丝绳截面损耗的计算机定量识别。
This paper introduces the composition of the system used for detecting the loss of metallic section of wire rope.Then, specially,the structure principle of the sensor and the guantitative method recognizing the inspected signal are analysed.a lot of experi- ments in the laboratory have proved that the system can easily solve the problem of quati- tative inspecting the loss of metallic section of wire rope.
