摘要
企业家是企业的核心和灵魂 ,当今时代是企业家的时代。谁拥有好的企业家 ,谁就有可能在竞争中获胜。对于发展中的社会主义中国来讲 ,面对新的机遇和挑战 ,培养和造就高素质企业家的问题已是迫在眉睫。本文从时代呼唤高素质企业家着手 ,结合现代社会对企业家素质的要求和我国企业家的现状 ,着重探讨了造就高素质企业家的对策和建议。
Entrepreneur is the core and soul of the en terprise. Nowadays is the entrepreneur's day. Whoever has good entrepreneurs, wh o will win in the competition. Confronted with the new choice and challenge, Chi na has to make and develop high quality entrepreneurs in no time. From the begin ning, the article shows that time need high quality entrepreneur. It relates the demands of the entrepreneur's qualities to the modern society, the entr epreneur qualities' present conditions, and then puts the emphases on the advice of making high quality entrepreneur.
