块耳霉菌株(Taian00927)生物学特性的研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文报道对本室分离获得的块耳霉菌株Taian 0 0 92 7的生物学特性的研究结果。当RH =10 0 %时 ,温度从 15℃到 30℃均适宜该菌株孢子萌发 ,湿度较低时 ,以RH =97.5 %和温度为 2 0℃的温湿组合较为适宜孢子萌发。适宜该菌株生长和产孢的温度范围为 2 0℃~ 30℃。该菌株对酸性的敏感性强于对碱性的敏感性 ,适宜该菌株孢子萌发、菌落生长和产孢的pH范围是 5 .5~ 7.0。紫外线照射 2 .5min后 ,2 4h的孢子萌发率仅为 5 8.5 % ,照射 5min后萌发率小于2 %。光照和黑暗交替有利于菌落生长和产孢。 The present paper reports the results of the biological study of Conidiobolus thromboides Drechsler strain Taian 00927.As RH=100% the spores of the strain germinate well between 15℃ and 30℃.As relative humidity decreased the compound condition of RH=97.5 and T=20℃ fit well to spore germination.The range of temperature fitted to growth and spore production is 20℃~30℃.The sensitivity to acidity is stronger than that to alkalinity.The range of pH fitted to spore germination?colony growth and spore production is 5.5~7.0.The germination rates of spores lighted for 2.5 minutes and 5 minutes by ultraviolet ray were 58.5% and below 2% after 24hr.Alternation of light and dark can promote growth and spore production.
