摘要
根据 1 995年国家标准规定的发光细菌法测定化合物的急性毒性标准 ,测定了 1 7种染料抑制发光细菌相对发光强度的 EC50 值。结果表明 ,碱性染料的毒性最大 ,还原性染料的毒性次之 ,酸性染料的毒性较小 。
According to the Chinese criterion about the acute toxicity of compound,Ec50s of seventeen kinds of dyes restraining the relative bioluminosity of luminescent bacteria is obtained using the method of luminescent bacteria.The result shows:the toxicity of Alkaline dyestuffs is most acute one,reductive dyestuffs takes the second place,the acid dyes is relatively little, and the toxicity of reactive dyestuffs and direct dyestuffs is minimum.
