摘要
进行了改进传统凯氏法的试验研究,将常量测定改为半微量测定。试验结果表明,其准确度和精密度与原方法一致,同时节省了试剂,减少了环境污染,从而建立了适于仪器测定肥料样品的半微量分析方法。
The old Kjeltec system was improved to test the nitrogen content o f fertilizer in this paper.The result showed that the accuracy to test nitrogen contentby semi-microquantity analytic method is as good as the cinven-tional method.In addition,using new method also can reduce the quantity of reagentand protect the environment.
